2. How much does delivery cost?
Delivery Charges are applied at the “Checkout” stage of your order. Delivery Charges apply per order, not per product.
3. When will my order be delivered?
We aim to deliver between 3 – 15 days from time of order. This may vary during extremely busy periods. If the delivery time cannot be met, Morris Builders Providers Limited will notify the customer and inform them of the estimated delivery date.
4. What happens if I miss my delivery?
We will be in contact with you to arrange another time for delivery. If you wish to change the delivery date or delivery address you must contact us within 12 hours of making your order.
5. What should I do to prepare for my delivery?
Our drivers are not insured to enter your home, garage, workshop etc. Please have someone available if you wish to have your delivery brought inside. For large bulky items you will need to have help on site to offload the delivery. WEEE products for return would need to be disconnected and at the door for collection at the time of delivery.
6. What should I do if there is a problem with my goods/delivery?
Please contact us on 051-845200 within 24hrs of receiving your delivery to report any damages or problems with your item(s).
7. Cancelling or Returning goods?
The customer may cancel the order without stating a reason in writing (postal mail or e-mail), or by returning the ordered merchandise unopened or not damaged in any way within 7 business days of receipt (according to Irish consumer protection legislation). We are offering a right of return of 14 business days. The customer is obligated to return the merchandise immediately after cancellation.
