Q: Where would I find my model number?
A: This is normally on the inside of your dishwasher on the side panel.
Q: Why am I getting a sandy/grainy residue on my dishes?
A: This indicates that the filter is clogged. Remove and clean the filter thoroughly sand replace making sure that it is in the correct position.
Q: How often should I clean my dishwasher?
A: It is recommended that you do a “deep clean” every two months on your dishwasher.
Q: Do I need a salt and rinse aid in my dishwasher?
A: Yes, the salt helps to soften the water and the rinse aid helps to prevent water spots and helps to dry quicker. Dishwasher tablets don’t always have the right amount in them for your area.
Q: Can I install the dishwasher myself?
A: We would always recommend that a qualified plumber install the dishwasher for you.
